Insurance -->AFSC --> Return Upload Panel --> Login --> After saving the form should redirect to the same tab which forms the user is filling but right now it is redirected to the first tab instead of the same tab.

Step to reproduce the bug:

After saving the form should redirect to the same tab which forms the user is filling but right now it is redirected to the first tab instead of the same tab.
