Credit Unions -->AFSC --> Return Upload Panel --> Login --> Click Create New Return --> Select Return period & Return type (04-16-2031) --> Create --> Selected date is not showing on Return years it is showing 1970 instead of Mentioned date.

Step to reproduce the bug:

Click Create New Return --> Select Return period & Return type (04-16-2031) --> Create --> Selected date is not showing on Return years it is showing 1970 instead of Mentioned date.
