AFSC --> Return Upload Panel --> Login --> IB 3, IB 4 and IB 5 --> The screen gets stuck when the applicant changes tab IB 3 to IB4 and again changes tab IB4 to IB3 then the system throws "page unresponsive" pop-up message.

Step to reproduce the bug:

The screen gets stuck when the applicant changes tab IB 3 to IB4 and again changes tab IB4 to IB3 then the system throws "page unresponsive" pop-up message
