Home page --> Login with admin --> Mandatory read management --> add/ edit --> First admin publishes"mandatory read" message after a couple of seconds the admin changes "mandatory read" status to draft then the "mandatory read" message should not visible

Step to reproduce the bug:

First admin publishes"mandatory read" message after a couple of seconds the admin changes "mandatory read" status to draft then the "mandatory read" message should not visible on the portal
