Step to reproduce the bug:

The user panel shows the "people directory" 3 paginations but the admin panel "People directory" shows 8 paginations.
Both side should be shown the same

Int the admin pannel showing active and inactive employee list. But in the user pannel only showing active employee list.
This has been done according to manoj sir
