Please use different phones for testing, i think it is displaying the restaurant toast on your phone. and the toast after finding delivery boy .... all delivery will get same type of notifications.

As per the discussion with manoj sir, after new signed in delivery boy, he should receive the notification from that point when restaurant start search for the delivery boy.
