go with "Trust Business" and "Company Management"
add countries and put the value
validate& submit
approve from admin end
Go with report
Trust and comp managers
"Report of comp managers countries" & "Report of trust countries"
Select company and year
Generate report
Click on pdf for download

Actual result:-
Decimal value is breaking with decimal in two lines
Example:-23.4545---->23.
4545

Expected:-
Decimal value is the single value it should not break into two lines
