Admin --> Log in --> Add members --> if the below field is empty and admin clicks on the save button then the admin should navigate to the empty field instead of the top page.

Step to reproduce the bug:

if the below field is empty and admin clicks on the save button then the admin should navigate to the empty field instead of the top page.
means should navigate to whichever field is empty
