New application-->Insurance-->Domestic-->External-->done with payment-->go with admin-->License Request-->Pre-License request-->Click on company name-->application has been submitted for 20/09/2021, why are the values of 17/09/2021 appearing in the form?

This application has been created for 20th-sep-2021 and payment is also done on 20th-sep-2021, But why DATA of 17th-sep-2021 coming inside all forms of that company on the admin panel?
