because it is calculating in the basis of admin decided. plz check admin panel, there we can manage restaurant mount calculation and delivery boy amount calculation.

Go to admin panel -> Payments -> Pay Restaurant -> Select payment type -> Insert Amount/Percentage -> Save.
and check restaurant application in account section. There admin can set restaurants price amount/percentage discounts. and this process is same for delivery boy by option @pay delivery boy section.

delivery charge will not be included for restaurant because restaurant donot deliver products, delivery boy is delivering products.
