step to reproduce the bug:
if the applicant is Registered as a member then the registered applicant should not be able to log in.
1. Registered with member
2. goes with forgot password and put Registered mail id
3. password changed the link

This issue has been verified on swadha softwares
and it has been found that the issue is fixed!
