Order placed -> when order accepted by restaurant, in the users end push notification comes twice as items as in the order.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
This is not twice message ... these notifications are coming according by items... plz verify your screenshot again, they are different items. we are sending different and different notifications for items because we are generating different and different billings of every item.
- Status changed from Resolved to Reopened
If user order 10-15 Items in a single order, it means 10-15 times notifications user will receive ?????
It should be single order And single notification user supposed receive & I believe bill will also be only one per order will number of items in count.

Now only getting single notification when order accepted.
