Step to reproduce the bug:

1. Open URL
2. Click Post Properties
3. Login with a valid username and password
4. Click post properties
5. Furnished status

Actual Result --> why does Furnished  option show two times  when the applicant selects Residential flats
 Expected Result--> Furnished option should be shown only one time when the applicant selects Residential flats
