While placing order on the payment mode panel mobile number option does not work

Actually admin is providing their mobile number by push notification. so user will get only push notification. and user will have to pay manually on kanzo admin mobile number upi.

While placing order on the payment mode panel , user unable to choose mobile number radio button.
