text field and label design pattern do not match as per the client approved design. we have label and placeholder together but in client design there is only placeholder and when user will click on text field or under placeholder, hint text will get shifted upper side and place will appear to enter the value.

I have added label text, which working as a placeholder, when delivery will click on the textfiled then the placeholder will e shifted on upside..
