closedPush notifications not going throughout the app...during placed order, accept order etc...It was working before but not now.

Description
1. Store - When user placed order - push notification should go to restaurant "New food order received !"
2. USer - When order accept by restaurant - then push notification should be "Your order has been accepted by the restaurant"
3. Delivery boy - Hey (delivery boy name here), new delivery order received
