Description
Steps to reproduce:-
1. go with patient profile screen and tap on add prescription tab button
2. tap on add prescription option and fill all mandatory field and tap on add button
3. Now go with edit option > In edit screen not able to update medicine filed and when we click on update option and again go with edit option then medicine drop-down option not getting
