closeddoctor add 15 min appointment schedule 1:00 pm, doctor can't create new schedule between 1:00 pm to 1:15. but doctor is able to create new appointment 1:pm to 1:15 pm.

Step to reproduce bug:
1. Login with valid credentials (mishainfotech2212@gmail.com 12345)
2. click on side menu
3. click on side menu
4. click Add button new appointment schedule add
doctor add 15 min appointment schedule 1:00 pm, doctor can't create new schedule between 1:00 pm to 1:15. but doctor is able to create new appointment 1:pm to 1:15 pm.
suggestion: Please use only capital letter for AM & PM
