Description

Step to reproduce bug:

1. Click on forgot password
2. Enter Registered email id
3. provide valid OTP
4. create new password

when patient forgot the password through register email, patient is able to create new password with 1 digit.
suggestion: (New password should be 6 digit, please put validation for New pass field)
