Copy cruise arrival notifiaction > if i add new individual then covid tab got skipped & directly went to Additional tab...while covid detail for new individuals is mandatory

- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Reopened
This is working now but i am still able to go Weapon tab from the steps icon...without filling covid details of new individual...please restrict me from steps icon tabs
