Description

Step to reproduce the bug:

NPO application-->go with point no-13 -->

1. the applicant is not able to open the calendar in the second row "date of birth" field.

2. sequence is not right.

3. Website should accept alphanumeric along with special char.

4. Need to extend character length in the input field, input field should alphanumeric.
