Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1. Login with a valid credential (, 12345)
2. Search pending dispatches
3. click on the view icon
4. Click on the Right tick icon
5. dispatched
6. Login with patient id (, 123456)
7. no notification is shown in the bell icon
