Description
Step to reproduce bug.
1. Login with a valid credential (pharmacist@dms.com, 12345)
2. Search pending dispatches
3. click on the view icon
4. Click on the Right tick icon
5. dispatched
6. Login with patient id (testing@yopmail.com, 123456)
7. no notification is shown in the bell icon
