Description

Step to reproduce the bug.

1. Login with IB
2. Go with the form Addendum
3. Qus.no 08

Actual Result: Applicant is able to upload only pdf files.
Expected Result: Applicant should be able to upload docs, xlsx. pdf file.

This issue has been verified.
and it has been found that the issue is fixed.

its working fine select all files
