Description
Step to reproduce the bug.
1. Login with I B
2. "Addendum"
3. Qus.no 21(a) (b)
When the applicant added 5 rows fill 3 rows then delete 2 rows and save after saving provided value 21(a) 2 rows value swap 21 (b).
21(b) Provided value disappear

Have been verified this bug and it has been found that this issue is still persists in the system, which needs to be rectify.
CASE:
Add three row-->put value-->add 1 more row-->then delete that row-->save-->after save only two row will display(Means if user deletes blank row then along with that blank row one filled value row gets delete from the table)

- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Reopened
This issue has been verified,
and it has been found that this issue is not fixed yet.
