I have been verified this bug and it has been found that this issue is still persists in the system, which needs to be rectify.

Case:
Add row-->put value-->now click on date field-->select date-->click on ADD ROW button-->as applicant clicks on Add row button after clicking on date field then incorrect sequence number displayed.
