Description
Step to reproduce bug.
1. Login with International Banks
2. Go with the form "Addendum"
3. Qus.no 17
Period Held field accepts percentage value.

This issue has been verified
and it has been found that the issue is not fixed.
Reopened for-->
"Period held" should be alphanumeric max 200 character
