Step to reproduce bug.

1. Login with International Banks
2. Go with the form "Addendum"
3. Qus.no 14

number of shares can't fall into negative
 Percentage can't be exceed 100

This issue has been verified.

Reopened for--> number of share need to extend character length 10-20 character.
