Description

Step to reproduce bug.

1. Login with International Banks
2. Go with the form "Addendum"
3. Qus.no 21(b)

Point-->01 Calendar is not open Applicant is able to enter a value in the calendar field.
point-->02 2nd row applicant is able to enter the only numeric value
