Description

Step to reproduce the bug.

1. Login with International Banks
2. Go with the form "Addendum"
3. Qus.3.11,22,26,27

Actual result: Applicant is able to enter only alphabetically
Expected result: Applicant should be able to enter alphanumeric along with the special character.
