Step to reproduce the bug.

1. Login with International Bank
2. Go with the form "Schedule 01
3. Qus.no 08,09,10,11,13,15,16,17,18

Actual Result: Applicant is able to upload only pdf file on entire the form

Expected Result: Applicant should be able to upload docx. xlxs.
