Step to reproduce bug.

1.Login with CREDIT UNIONS
2.Go with form "MLRO/MLCO/CO
3.Fill the form
4.Qus.no 06

Actual Result: 2nd row Calendar is not opening for date field. (Applicant is able to enter value on calendar field)
