Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1. test link
2.Login with ERSP client applicant
3.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT"
4.click action button
5.Fill the form and save
6.Qus no.10 Percentage of Holdings

Actual Result: Percentage field exceed 100.
Excepted Result: percentage field should not be exceed 100.
