Login with ERSP-->Go with form " INFORMATION IN SUPPORT"--->Fill the form and save -->Qus.no 13-->Applicant is able to save the form blank table.

Description

Step to reproduce bug.

Login with ERSP-->Go with form " INFORMATION IN SUPPORT"--->Fill the form and save

Qus.no 13--> 1. Applicant is able to save the form blank table.
2. when Applicant save form blank table --> then qus.no 22 "charge" field  value disappear.
