Login with ERSP-->Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT"-->Fill the form and save-->Qus.no 10,13 17,21,22,27-->First time applicant is able to enter value with special character in edit case applicant is not able to enter value with special character.

Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with ERSP
2.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"
3.click action button
4.Fill the form and save
5.Qus.no 10,13 17,21,22,27.

Actual Result: in edit case applicant is not able to enter special character. and add new row case applicant is able to enter special character
Expected Result: Applicant is able to enter special character mentioned field.
