Login with ERSP-->Go with form "schedule 1"-->click action button-->Fill the form and save--> Qus.no 19 a & 19 b-->Applicant select "director/officer" after save selected value disappear.

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with ERSP
2.Go with form "schedule 1"
3.click action button
4.Fill the form and save
5.Qus.no 19(a)& 19(b)

Actual Result: Applicant select "director/officer" after save selected value disappear.
Expected Result: Applicant select "director/officer" after save selected value should not be disappear.
