Login with ERSP-->Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"-->Click action button-->Fill and save the form-->Qus.no 4,8,15,27--> applicant is not able to preview the attached document.

Description

Step to reproduce Bug.
1.Login with ERSP
2.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"
3.Click action button
4.Fill and save the form
5.Qus.no 4,8,15,27.

Actual Result: applicant is not able to preview the attached document.
Expected Result: Applicant should be able to preview the attached document.
