Login with ERSP client applicant-->Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"-->Click Action button-->Qus no. 10-->Question should be as per the client requirement.

Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with ERSP
2.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"
3.click action button.
4.Qus no. 10.

Actual Result:1. form Question not match document.
2.Right now Percentage field alphanumeric
Expected Result:1. Question should be as per the client requirement same on form.
2. Percentage field should be numeric.
