Step to Reproduce bug.
1.Login with ERSP client applicant
2.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"
3.Click action button
4.Fill the form
5.Qus no.13

Actual Result:1. Applicant adding on add new Row last column is extra column display in the system.
Table Does not column wise
2. System is accepting date in the Name field.
3. Address field accept numeric value.
4. Nature of business accept numeric value.

Expected Result: Applicant adding on add new row Should be working as per the client requirement.
2. Name field should be Alphabetic/Alphanumeric.
3. Address field should be alphanumeric.
4. Nature of business should be alphanumeric.
