Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with ERSP client applicant
2.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"
3.Click action button
4.Qus no 10.

1.Actual Result:1st time applicant is able to enter alphanumeric along with special char-->2nd time applicant add new row enter alphanumeric & special char. system throws error message against the particular field-->3rd time its working fine.
2.percentage field Applicant is able to enter alphabet.

Expected Result:1. Applicant is able to enter valid input in every field.
2.Percentage field applicant should not be able to enter alphabetic.
