Login with ERSP-->Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION"-->Click action button-->Fill the form-->Qus no. 07, 13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23-->On switch the radio button Yes, No, Yes value should be reset on mentioned Qus.

Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Dev link
2.Login with ERPS client applicant
3.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION
4.Click action button
5.Fill the form
6.Qus no. 07, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23.

Actual Result: On switch the radio button Yes, No, Yes provided value not reset.
Expected Result: On Switch the radio button Yes, NO, Yes Value should be reset on mentioned Qus.
