Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Dev link
2.Login with ERSP client applicant
3.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION
4.Click action button
5.Fill the form and save
6.Qus no. 11

Actual Result: Provided value disappear after saving the form.
Expected Result: Provided value should not be disappear after saving the form.
