Login with ERSP --> "schedule 1"-->click action button-->Fill the form and save-->Qus no.18--> After save Sequence of rows from 1,2,3 change into row sequence 1,1,1.

Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Dev link
2.Login with ERSP client applicant
3.Go with form "schedule1"
4.click action button
5.Fill the form and save
6.Qus no.18

Actual Result: After save Sequence of rows from 1,2,3 change into row sequence 1,1,1.
Excepted Result: After save sequence of rows should be 1,2,3,4.
