Login with ERSP --> "schedule 1"-->click action button-->Fill the form and save--> Qus no.19(a)&(b)-->Selected value from dropdown list get disappear from rows after save.

Description

Step to Reproduce bug.
1.Dev Link
2.Login with ERSP client applicant
3.Go with form "schedule 1"
4.Fill the form and save
5.Qus no. 19(a)&19(b)

Actual Result: Selected value from dropdown list get disappear from rows after save.
Expected Result: System Should be Accept selected value from dropdown after save.
