Step to Reproduce bug.
1.Dev Link
2.Login with ERSP client applicant
3.Go with form "schedule 1"
4.Fill the form and save
5.Qus no. 19(a)&19(b)
Actual Result: Selected value from dropdown list get disappear from rows after save.
Expected Result: System Should be Accept selected value from dropdown after save.
