Step to reproduce bug.
1.Dev Link
2.Login with ERSP client applicant
3.Go with form "schedule 1"
4.click Action button.
5.Qus no.07,10,15,16,17.

Actual Result: Applicant is able to save form with invalid email id.
Expected Result: Applicant should be able to save form with valid email id.
