Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Dev Link
2.Login with ERSP client applicant
3.Go with form schedule 1.
4.Qus no. 20 in the form of last question.

Actual Result: Applicant is not able to preview document.
expected Result: Applicant should be able to preview document
