Step to reproduce bug.
1.Open Test Link
2.Login with credit unions applicant
3.Go with form MLRO/MLCO
4.Qus no. 11
Actual Result: When applicant add multiple row and delete any row Active/Non-Active button is disappear.
Expected Result: When applicant add multiple row and delete any row Active/Non-Active button should Not be disappear on status field.
