Login with mutual fund client applicant-->Mutual fund--->mutual funds-->Professional--->Go with form "schedule 1 --->Fill the form--->Applicant go to profile section--->Applicant goes back to the same tab lfsc then form value overlap

Description

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with mutual fund client applicant
2.Mutual fund-->mutual funds
3.Professional
4.Go with form "schedule 1
5.Fill the form
6.Applicant go to profile section.
7.Applicant goes back to the same tab lfsc then form value overlap.

Actual Result: Form value overlap when applicant go to profile section and back to lfsc form
Excepted Result: From value should not be overlap when applicant go to profile section and back to lfsc form.
