Description

Step to Reproduce bug.
1.Login with mutual fund client applicant
2.Mutual fund-->Mutual funds
3.professional
4.Go with form "schedule 1 and schedule 4
5.fill the form and take screen shot
6.screen shot done then redirect to new tab
7.when applicant goes back to the same tab lfsc then value from entire FORM get disappear without doing anything.

Actual Result: provided value disappear when redirect to new tab
excepted Result: provided value should not be disappear when redirect to new tab
